Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Arriving Late:

Out of respect and consideration for my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for an appointment in order to get the full scheduled time. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible for paying the full length of the session you requested.

Notification that is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
